Brad Beanblossom is a senior vice president with Equity International, primarily responsible for the Company’s portfolio management function. He is a director of various portfolio companies including GuardeAqui, Jingrui, LifeCare Residences International and Terranum Corporate Properties.

Prior to joining Equity International in 2001, Mr. Beanblossom served as an associate with Arnold Palmer Golf Management, a privately held golf property investment and operating firm in San Francisco. He worked with the firm’s senior management team on acquisitions and new business development, and was in charge of financial analysis and transaction processing.

From 1995 to 1997, he was a manager for Brook Furniture Rental in San Francisco, responsible for asset liquidation and product distribution. Mr. Beanblossom earned a BA from DePauw University and received an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
